These license terms (an end-user license agreement) cover the digital products you buy from Bookstagram Apothecary: mockup templates, caption packs and guides. The site at bookstagramapothecary.com is operated by KLD LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as Bookstagram Apothecary ("we," "us"). You buy a license to use the files, not the files themselves.
Mockup templates
You may:
- Place your own book covers and artwork into the templates
- Publish the finished images anywhere to promote your own books or work: social media, your website, newsletters, ads and print
- Use the templates for clients' books, if you're a designer or marketer making images for them
You may not:
- Resell, share, give away or redistribute the template files themselves, edited or not
- Sell the templates, or anything substantially based on them, as your own mockup, template pack or stock product
Caption packs
You may use, adapt and publish the captions for your own books and for clients' books. You may not resell or republish the pack itself, or a substantial part of it, as a product or free download.
Guides
Each guide is licensed for the buyer's personal use. Please don't copy, share or resell the files. Short quotations with credit are always welcome.
No AI training
You may not use our products, or any part of them, to train, fine-tune or build a dataset for any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system.
Refunds
Because every product is digital and delivered instantly, there are no refunds once your download links have been delivered. If something doesn't arrive or a file doesn't work, email hello@bookstagramapothecary.com and we'll fix it.
If these terms are broken
If you break these license terms, your license ends, and you must stop using and delete the files. We may also take any other steps the law allows.
