Your downloads
No account needed.
There are no logins here. Everything you buy arrives by email, and the links in that email are yours to keep.
Where your downloads live
In your inbox, for good.
When you buy something from the shop, we email you a download link for every file straight after payment. That email is your receipt and your library in one.
The links don't expire. Download again on a new computer, or a year from now, from the same email. If you ever ask for a refund, the links stop working once it's processed.
Tip: give the email a label or star it the day it arrives, and you'll never have to search for it.

Can't find the email?
Three places to look.
Search your inbox for Bookstagram Apothecary, or for the order reference from the confirmation page.
Check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If it's there, mark it as not spam so the next one lands in your inbox.
Still nothing? Write to us with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the order reference. We'll send the links again.
